Spiritual Intelligence: Using the SQ21 Model to Increase Your Coaching Capacity
It is now well accepted that there is more to effective leadership than high IQ. In the past two decades, Daniel Goleman’s groundbreaking research on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) has been widely embraced by the business community. However, in today’s increasingly complex business environment, even EQ is not enough to meet the challenges of modern leadership. At our September 13 meeting, Steve Sphar will present the SQ21 model of Spiritual Intelligence (SQ). To learn more, click here.
UPCOMING MEETINGS AND EVENTS
On October 11th at an evening meeting,
Debby Lott, MCC and Fredi Baker, MCC will be speaking on
“Dancing in the Moment: Bringing Artistry to the Coaching Process”.
You will be able to earn 1 CCEU for Core Competency #4 Coaching Presence.
