| | My passion as a Business and Life Coach is to support my clients to lead the kind of life they were meant to live. As successful people, most of us realize that life had been pretty good so far and at the same time know there are some dreams or aspirations we don’t want to put off any longer.
I work with coaching clients for a variety of reasons including wanting to be a successful communicator; to be a loving family member; to be a contributor to their community; to be financially secure; to be physically fit and healthy; to be spiritually developing; to be an effective manager. As your coach, we will create a powerful partnership to define your goals and take effective action using cutting edge tools. As a coaching client, you will learn new frameworks for looking at opportunities and challenges in your life. You will experience shifts in perspective that free up energy to focus on what you want. Using your own values and integrity, you will become more productive and enthusiastic about your life. It is my privilege to work with people to recognize their brilliance and personal power to discover their own solutions. It is my joy to offer compassion, support, structure and feedback along the way. My background in business as a Senior Real Estate Asset Manager for 15 years followed by 14 years as a Licensed Marriage, Family Therapist puts me in a unique position to understand the intricacies of business as well as relationships. I have received rigorous training through the Academy for Coaching Excellence, one of just a few coaching schools accredited by the International Coach Federation. In addition to my coaching business, I am a coach for Wonder, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides mentors for children in foster care. |
