| | Leland Hall is a coach and trainer in areas of church leadership, personal development, and spiritual growth. Lee obtained his coach training at Western Seminary in Sacramento, California. His passion is helping to build ministry leaders to provide excellent levels of quality and service.
Lee is founder and director of Life Coaching Ministries, a center devoted to excellence in leadership development. He has created a team of Christian leaders who intentionally are committed to join the battle in areas where the contests have eternal consequences. Lee is also pastor of coaching and counseling at Arcade Church in Sacramento. As a coach, Lee specializes in Life, Personal and Spiritual Coaching. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Sacramento Coaches Association. He has broad leadership experience serving twenty-four years as senior pastor and has held a wide range of leadership positions as District Bishop, writer, and church planter.
