want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be. — Tom Landry

Lorna McLeod is a certified business and organizational coach and program facilitator. She has more than 30 years experience consulting with nonprofit organizations and small businesses and more than 20 years coaching with nonprofit leaders. Her specialty is coaching nonprofit organizations to be fully ready to apply for grants and other funding. A Certified Financial Coach™, her expertise includes coaching clients to create credible budgets and cash flows. She coaches on leadership skill development, workplace relationships, public relations and marketing, planning, and implementation.

Lorna offers assessment to determine grant readiness, as well as other assessment resources. Successful results include: a staff that created goals for the organization and then personal goals targeted to attain their organization’s goals. When the organization lost a funder who had regularly given 40-50% of the annual funding, with Lorna’s coaching the staff was able to replace that funding within 5 months. She has coached scores of organizations to grant readiness. Many of her clients have developed marketing plans and successfully implemented them with her coaching.

Lorna majored in public administration at the University of San Francisco. She is certified through the Academy for Coaching Excellence in Sacramento, CA an ICF ACTP training institute. She is a Certified Financial Coach™ with Wealth Strong in Littleton, CO.
