Mariano coaches and empowers community leaders, non-profit executives and business professionals. He shares his knowledge and experience to produce a positive change in the world. His coaching techniques will allow you to reach your goals and achieve the success and prosperity you deserve. Mariano delivers a structured and client-focused coaching process from a few weeks to a year. After an initial intake session, a custom coaching program is designed for you.

Mariano is currently the Chair of Pace e Bene Nonviolence Service and has worked with the Catholic Campaign for Human Development. He has served on the Board of Directors for the United Way of the East Bay, Tri-City Homeless Coalition, and Renewed HOPE.

Mariano is a member of the Progressive Consultants Network, Business Development Institute, Life Coach Support Network and International Coach Federation.

Mariano earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Davis and was certified as an ASQ Quality Engineer. In addition, he earned a certificate in Pastoral Ministry and a Masters of Arts Degree in Ministry. Mariano is a graduate of the National Community Development Institute's Professional Development for Consultants program.
