| | Cami McLaren coaches attorneys and other professionals to create new ways to practice. As an attorney who practiced law for 16 years, she is passionate about assisting other attorneys and professionals to create lives that are productive, balanced and fulfilling. Her fundamental belief is that no profession (even law) has to be "hard."
Cami has worked in top law firms and other businesses, and one-on-one with professionals to help them create enriching, productive lives. The discovery for these professionals was ironically, "when I am fulfilled in my personal life, I am more productive in my professional life." Her work is to support others in bringing wholeness, unity, balance, and harmony to life and career. Cami's basic philosophies are "people are whole and complete and work perfectly" and "people already have all the resources they need." Working from these philosophies, she partners with people to assist them in discovering their resources and empowering themselves to create what they want and to move forward in a new and fulfilling way. Cami is a dynamic speaker and presents workshops both to the public and within law firms and other businesses on issues such as communication, trust, accountability, and time management. She has also written articles for a northern California legal magazine, Plaintiff, on issues that arise in law practices. Cami is a certified performance coach, relationship coach, and leadership coach. She obtained her certifications through Resource Realizations, and spent one year on the faculty for the 2008 - 2009 academic year.
