Lynn Belzer is an organizational coach, consultant, and program facilitator who has more than twenty years experience as a human relations professional. Her expertise includes communication, workplace relationships, and leadership skill development. She works with individuals, teams and organizations to reach higher levels of commitment and greater performance challenges. Additionally, Lynn provides assessments, individual and organizational skill development, training and Critical Incident Stress Management. She is certified in Critical Incident Stress Management, working with organizations to support their timely return to normalcy after a traumatic event.
