With ten years of leadership and personal coaching, over 15 years of management and executive experience, and a Masters in Organizational Management, I challenge people to find their passion, define a crystal clear vision, step into the best of their being, and take the actions necessary to transform their lives and businesses. Certified through The Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation, I offer leadership development and personal success coaching, as well as training and workshops.
My client list includes executives, attorneys, entrepreneurs, managers, professors, college students, non-profit leaders, and other coaches. As an adjunct faculty member with CSUS-CCE for over ten years, I have worked with many state agencies and private organizations. I have been the featured life coach in newspapers and on television and the guest speaker at numerous Chambers of Commerce. I am founder and past president of the Sacramento Coaches Association, as well as past president of the Fair Oaks Rotary Club.
