| | As a productivity coach, I facilitate and guide my clients to achieve productive work environments and harmonious lives. My coaching business serves corporate, government, small businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals. My coaching style is direct. In each scheduled, ½ hour to one-hour, coaching session we cover upcoming challenges and obstacles. I present a series of possible productivity solutions and assist my clients in reaching their specific goals. In each session we cover past successes and any "homework" assignments. Problematic items are analyzed and alternate solutions are brainstormed, and suggestions and processes developed.
My coaching has evolved through my consulting practice. I am a skills and executive coach who holds a Chronic Disorganization Specialist Certificate and a Certificate in Basic Understanding of ADD in the CD client from the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD). My memberships include the ICF, National Association of Professional Organizers, NSGCD, Sacramento Publishers and Authors, and the American Coaches Association. My background and training includes a Bachelor of Science in Administration, management positions in both the non-profit and profit sector.
